Club Management


Management of The Club  

The Executive Committee meets monthly to deal with all club matters – business, financial, competition and coaching. Once a year all club members are entitled to attend the annual general meeting, which is usually held during November. At this meeting the election of new Officers and Executive Committee are proposed and voted upon.

The Club has three main officers:

Welfare Officer – The club’s welfare officer is not part of the executive committee but attends committee meetings by invitation to ensure that the committee are aware of themes/issues & learning points from any issues occurring in the club.  Confidentiality is maintained at all times, and as such, individual concerns are not permitted to be discussed.
